Artículo único. Adiciónase el Decreto número 2248 de 1965, en el sentido de comisionar con carácter ad honórem al doctor Julio Gerlein Comelin, Gerente de la Zona Franca e Industrial de Barranquilla, para asistir a la Exposición _Socios para el Progreso_, que se celebrará en Berlín, bajo el patrocinio de la República Federal de Alemania, a partir del 23 de septiembre del presente año. Comuníquese y publíquese.
