El Ministerio de Trabajo, Higiene y Previsión Social, fijará los sueldos y salarios mínimos de los profesores de establecimientos privados, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en la Ley 6° de 1945, sobre la base de las categorías que determine el Escalafón. Se exceptúan de esta disposición, los colegios privados de los Municipios que tengan menos de veinte mil habitantes.
