°. La Comisión Redactora del Proyecto de nuevo Código de Procedimiento Civil, cumplirá las siguientes funciones

1.

Estudiar, analizar y revisar las normas procesales civiles vigentes.

2.

Elaborar y proponer al Gobierno Nacional los ajustes y modificaciones que considere necesarios introducir al Régimen Procesal Civil.

3.

Presentar al finalizar su trabajo un proyecto de nuevo Código de Procedimiento Civil.
