Cuando un individuo perteneciente al personal de las Clases Técnicas sea retirado por el Gobierno, con derecho a sueldo de retiro de acuerdo con las leyes vigentes, tendrá derecho hasta de tres (3) meses de sueldo desde el momento de decretada la baja.
