º. El sobresueldo establecido para el personal carcelario y penitenciario a que se refiere el presente decreto, constituye factor de salario para efectos de la liquidación y pago de las prestaciones sociales a que tiene derecho el citado personal de conformidad con las disposiciones pertinentes.
