º. Se consideran como plantas, factorías o unidades de producción nuevas, aquellas cuya instalación y montaje comenzó a realizarse a partir del 1º. de enero de 1991. El empleador acreditará esta circunstancia con la constancia de aprobación de la licencia de construcción respectiva.
