El Gobierno auxilia por cinco años, y con la suma de cuatro mil pesos anuales, que se considerarán incluidos en los respectivos Presupuestos nacionales, toda la empresa de Fúquene; pero este auxilio no se pagará sino a medida que los trabajos se vayan ejecutando y siempre que el Gobierno se asegure del buen éxito de dicha empresa.
