Cuando el instrumento verse sobre la propiedad de fincas situadas en un Departamento distinto del de su otorgamiento, siempre se exigirá la formalidad apuntada, si en el lugar de la ubicación existiere el gravamen de que se trata.

El comprobante de haberse pagado el impuesto directo se agregara al protocolo á fin de que se inserte en las copias que se expidan de los instrumentos en que conforme á esta Ley fuere necesario.
