De la cantidad de $ 160 que, conforme al artículo 4° del Decreto 1924, de 6 de agosto de 1936, debe pagar a la Aduana dé Barranquilla la Sociedad Colombo Alemana de Transportes Aéreos, se descontará, antes de proceder a la distribución a que se refiere el inciso 2° de dicho artículo, la suma de veinte pesos ($ 20), que corresponderán al Resguardo de la Aduana de Barranquilla, por concepto de recibo y despacho de naves internacionales.
