Artículo único. Refórmase el Decreto número 2089 de 1939, en el sentido de fijar como región para la fundación y funcionamiento de la Granja - Escuela de Cacao, en el Departamento de Antioquia, el Municipio de Turbo, y encargarse a la Gobernación de aquel Departamento para administrar directamente dicha Granja por medio de los empleados de su dependincia y en colaboración con el Ministerio de la Economía Nacional. Comuníquese y publíquese.
