Art. 3.° Destinase la cantidad de seis mil pesos ($ 6,000) para la composicion i mejora de las dos últimas vías de que trata el articulo 1.°, así: cuatro mil pesos ($ 4.000) para 1a segunda i dos mil pesos ($ 2.000) para la tercera, debiendo el Poder Ejecutivo Estado disponer la construccion preferente de un puente sobre el rio Lengupá, en el sitio donde lo corta el camino que actualmente conduce a Chámeza i que comunica los distritos de Setaquirá i Miradores.
