Si las conductas a que se refieren los artículos 141 y 142 de este Código son cometidos por otros miembros de la tripulación del buque, aeronave, carro de combate o medio de transporte colectivo de la Fuerza Pública, incurrirán en las mismas penas disminuidas hasta en la tercera parte.
