La dotación del Hospital General de Ibagué deberá quedar terminada por la Nación y el Hospital así dotado entregado al Municipio de Ibagué, dentro de los diez meses siguientes a la sanción de esta Ley. Los gastos que demande el cumplimiento de este mandato se harán con cargo al presupuesto del Ministerio de Salud Pública.
