Cuando se niegue la inscripción o la actualización en el Registro Público de la Carrera, la respectiva Comisión del Servicio Civil así lo manifestará mediante resolución motivada, la cual se notificará al interesado, conforme con el procedimiento especial que para el efecto se adopte.
