Contestación de la acusación. En el término del traslado se contestara la acusación por quien, ejerza la defensa. En la contestación se pronunciara, expresamente, sobre los lechos en que se funda la acusación y las pretensiones contenidas en ella, indicando claramente los que admite y los que niega. Además, podrá, proponer las excepciones y formular las peticiones que sean pertinentes para la defensa y la legalidad del proceso. CAPITULO SEGUNDO Medidas de aseguramiento en el juzgamiento.
