Los oficiales, suboficiales, agentes y alumnos de las escuelas de formación de la Policía Nacional, que con ocasión del servicio, por causa del mismo o de funciones inherentes a su cargo o en las circunstancias de que trata el artículo 37 de este estatuto, cometan delitos, serán investigados y juzgados de acuerdo con las normas establecidas para ellos en el Decreto 0250 de 1958 y en las disposiciones que lo adicionen o reformen.
