Art. 120. Las autoridades encargadas de practicar las visitas mensuales que esta Ley previene, en las oficinas de Hacienda, tienen el deber de presentarse en la oficina que deben visitar en los cinco primeros días de cada mes, y si no encontraren aún pronta la cuenta para ser presentada ó remitida, lo harán constar así en una diligencia que enviarán á la Sección de Cuentas por el primer correo siguiente, ó en el mismo día, si la oficina visitada fuere de la capital.
