El artículo 204 de la Constitución quedará así:

ARTÍCULO 204

Cuando el Congreso no vote la Ley de Presupuesto para el correspondiente año económico, continuará vigente el Presupuesto del año anterior, pero el Gobierno podrá reducir los gastos, y, en consecuencia, suprimir o refundir empleos, cuando así lo aconsejen los cálculos de rentas del nuevo ejercicio.
