A fin de que los trabajos puedan ser atendidos a la mayor brevedad posible, se autoriza, al ejecutivo para que reciba las sumas que la ciudad de Barranquilla pueda poner a su disposición con este objeto, y con carácter devolutivo, según las disposiciones reglamentarias de la presente ley.
