Requisitos . La aceptación de la solicitud de retiro o la declaratoria de insubsistencia dentro de un plan colectivo de retiro compensado se hará mediante acto administrativo, debidamente motivado, contra el cual no procederá recurso alguno. En él se fijará la fecha en la cual el retiro del empleado o funcionario se hará efectivo y se ordenará la liquidación y el pago de la correspondiente bonificación o indemnización. En todo caso, el acto de liquidación deberá elaborarse dentro de los treinta (30) días calendario siguientes a la fecha del retiro.
