Cada uno de los miembros de la Junta Directiva de FOCINE, no podrá recibir más de nueve mil pesos ($9.000.00) moneda corriente, mensuales, por concepto del pago de honorarios por su participación en la Junta. Directiva, sin perjuicio de las limitaciones previstas en el Iiteral d) del artículo 32 del Decreto 1042 de 1978, cuando fuere el caso.
