ART 313. La extensión de las minas de aluvión será un cuadrado que tenga tres kilómetros de base, ó un rectángulo de dos kilómetros de base y cinco de lado.

La de las minas de sedimento y las que se encuentren en capas, será un cuadrado de dos kilómetros de base.
