Cuando fuere necesaria la celebración de contratos para la prestación de servicios educativos en las comunidades de los grupos étnicos, se preferirá contratar con las comunidades u organizaciones de los mismos que tengan experiencia educativa. De todas maneras dichos contratos tendrán en cuenta los criterios establecidos en el artículo 63 de la Ley 115 de 1994.
