El Juez ante quien se presenten las demandas de que trata el artículo 190 de la Ley 85 de 1916 las remitirá inmediatamente al respectivo Tribunal Seccional de lo Contencioso Administrativo, en donde se seguirá el procedimiento que se detalla en los artículos siguientes.
