Desde la sanción de la presente Ley, la señora doña Sara Jaramillo, viuda del General Arístides Fernández, y sus dos señoritas hijas menores, Isabel y Margarita Fernández, disfrutaran de una pensión mensual de cien pesos ($ 100), en las mismas condiciones que determina la Ley 20 de 1916 para las familias de los Generales Prospero Pinzón y Rafael Uribe Uribe.

Parágrafo

La suma de que trata el artículo 4o se entregara a la señora viuda de Fernández, para los efectos consiguientes.
