°. Corresponde al Instituto Nacional de los Recursos Naturales Renovables y del Ambiente (INDERENA) reservar y alindar las diferentes áreas que integran el Sistema de Parques Nacionales Naturales. La reserva deberá efectuarse mediante acuerdo de la junta directiva previo concepto de la Academia Colombiana de Ciencias Exactas, Físicas y Naturales; el acuerdo que se expida para este efecto, deberá someterse a la aprobación del gobierno nacional.
