º. La disciplina se mantiene cumpliendo los propios deberes y ayudando a los demás a cumplir los suyos. Del mantenimiento de la disciplina serán responsables todos los miembros de las Fuerzas Militares, en forma proporcional a los deberes y obligaciones del grado y el cargo que desempeñan.
