Dentro de los ocho (8) días siguientes a la última publicación, se presentarán al Superintendente Bancario, el acta de organización en original y copia, y sendos ejemplares autenticados por el editor del periódico o periódicos en que se hacieron las publicaciones Simultáneamente con el acta se presentará al mismo funcionario el proyecto de estatutos de la corporación.
