Sustitución Del Artículo 1

Decreto 2313 de 2022 · por el cual se sustituye el artículo 1.8.3.1. del Libro 1, Parte 8, Título 3 del Decreto número 1625 de 2016 Único Reglamentario en Materia Tributaria y se reglamenta el artículo 146 de la Ley 1607 de 2012.

°. Sustitución del artículo 1.8.3.1 del Libro 1, Parte 8, Título 3, del Decreto número 1625 de 2016 Único Reglamentario en Materia Tributaria. Sustitúyase el artículo 1.8.3.1 del Libro 1, Parte 8, Título 3 del Decreto número 1625 de 2016 - Único Reglamentario en Materia Tributaria, el cual quedará así: “ Artículo 1.8.3.1. Integración de la Comisión Nacional Mixta de Gestión Tributaria y Aduanera. La Comisión Nacional Mixta de Gestión Tributaria y Aduanera estará integrada, para el Período Presidencial 2022-2026, por los representantes de los siguientes gremios: • ASOBANCARIA , Gremio representativo del sector financiero colombiano. • FENALCO - Federación Nacional de Comerciantes. • ANDI - Asociación Nacional de Empresarios de Colombia. • SAC - Sociedad de Agricultores de Colombia. • ANALDEX - Asociación Nacional de Comercio Exterior • FITAC - Federación Colombiana de Agentes Logísticos en Comercio Internacional.

Parágrafo

Los gremios asistirán a través de sus representantes legales o apoderados debidamente acreditados.
