Contra las providencias que en desarrollo de la presente Ley dicten la Comisión Nacional de Valores o las Superintendencias mencionadas en el artículo precedente, solamente procederá por la vía gubernativa el recurso de reposición y las acciones contencioso-administrativas pertinentes ante el Consejo de Estado, el cual decidirá en única instancia.
