Cálculo de la cuantía de una subvención en función del beneficio obtenido por el receptor. A efectos del presente decreto, la cuantía de la subvención sujeta a medidas compensatorias se calculará en función del beneficio obtenido por el receptor durante el período de subvención investigado. Este período deberá ser el más reciente ejercicio contable del beneficiario de, como mínimo, un semestre previo a la radicación de la solicitud de investigación para el que se disponga de datos financieros o de cualquier otro tipo que sean fiables.
