La solicitud para que se autorice la celebración del contrato de que trata el presente Decreto, deberá presentarse ante el Departamento Nacional de Planeación con copia a la Corporación Nacional de Turismo de Colombia, con el fin de que estas entidades presenten concepto ante el Consejo Nacional de Política Económica y Social.
