Los sellos puestos a las escotillas i demás entradas i pasos que deben sellarse, no podrán ser levantados sino por i dicho Jefe del Resguardo o por quien lo subrogue. Los sellos se levantarán cada dia al comenzar la descarga, i se pondrán de nuevo al concluirla tambien cada dia.
