De los aportes de derechos reales. La seriedad de los aportes consistente en la titularidad de bienes inmuebles y otros derechos reales, se acreditara con la correspondiente promesa de transferencia de la titularidad, condicionada únicamente al reconocimiento de personería jurídica, la cual deberá autenticarse ante notario y cumplir los requisitos exigidos por el Código Civil y demás normas legales. (Artículo 31 del Decreto 1088 de 1991)
