En desarrollo del principio de valor constante de ahorro y préstamos, consagrado en el artículo 3 del Decreto 677 de 1972, establécese la Unidad de Poder Adquisitiva Constante (UPAC), con base en la cual las corporaciones de ahorro y vivienda como en los contratos de cuentas y registro del sistema, reducidos a moneda legal.
