A partir del 1º de enero de 1989, el incremento de salario por antigüedad que venían recibiendo algunos funcionarios a quienes se aplica este Decreto, en virtud de lo dispuesto en los Decretos Extraordinarios 1042 de 1978, y 110 de 1988, se reajustará en un veinticinco por ciento (25%). Si al aplicar el porcentaje de que trata el presente artículo resultaren centavos, se desecharán.
