Artículo cuarto. Los empleados de la Rama Legislativa del Poder Público, cualquiera que sea el origen de su nombramiento, estarán afiliados a la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social, tendrán derecho al subsidio familiar y gozarán de todas las prestaciones sociales consagradas en la Ley 52 de 1978 .
