El que permita que mendigue una persona menor de catorce años, sometida a su autoridad o confiada a su custodia, o que otro se sirva de ella para mendigar, será castigado con arresto por ocho a cuarenta días, que, en caso de reincidencia, será de cuarenta días a tres meses.
