A partir del 1º de enero de 1997, el incremento de salario por antigüedad que vienen percibiendo algunos empleados a quienes se aplica este Decreto, en virtud de lo dispuesto en el Decreto 1310 de 1978, se reajustará en el trece punto cinco por ciento (13.5%). Si resultaren centavos al aplicar el porcentaje de que trata el presente artículo, se desecharán.
