Art. 13. Los alumnos que hubieren hecho los cursos puntualizados en el artículo 8.° de este decreto, podrán optar el diploma de Profesores de Agricultura, dirijiendose al Consejo para que los admita a un exámen general, que se hará por el mismo Consejo, Con las formalidades, duracion i calificaciones con que se confieren diplomas para otras profesiones en la Universidad nacional. Concurrirán al exámen, a más del Director i Subdirector, cuatro catedráticos por lo menos.
