Pensiones y prestaciones del Sistema General de Pensiones. El Sistema General de Pensiones, en cualquiera de los dos regímenes que se describen más adelante, garantiza a sus afiliados y a sus beneficiarios, cuando sea el caso, las siguientes pensiones y/o prestaciones económicas

Pensión de vejez.

Pensión de invalidez.

Pensión de sobrevivientes.

Auxilio funerario.

Parágrafo

Cuando no se cumplan los requisitos mínimos para acceder a las pensiones previstas, habrá lugar, en todo caso, a la devolución de saldos o a las indemnizaciones sustitutivas que correspondan. (Decreto 692 de 1994, artículo 2°)
