° Si el costo de construcción excediere en más de 30 por 100 al presupuesto de la obra que ha sido aprobado por el Gobierno, no se computará el mayor excedente en el cálculo de la subvención que debe pagar el Gobierno Nacional. Comuníquese y publíquese.
