Impedimentos . Los empleados que deban evaluar y calificar el desempeño laboral están sometidos al régimen de impedimentos establecido en el artículo 30 del Código Contencioso Administrativo. Los impedimentos o recusaciones que se presenten en el proceso de evaluación del desempeño serán tramitados de conformidad con lo establecido en dicho Código. CAPITULO IV Competencias laborales
