LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

ARTICULO 87. Naturaleza. En cada una de las localidades habrá un fondo de desarrollo con personería jurídica y patrimonio propio. Con cargo a los recursos del fondo se financiarán la prestación de los servicios y la construcción de las obras de competencia de las juntas administradoras. La denominación de los fondos se acompañará del nombre de la respectiva localidad.
