El que, a sabiendas, impida la reunión de las corporaciones que deban ocuparse en asuntos electorales, con el fin de que las votaciones o los escrutinios no tengan lugar en la debida oportunidad, sufrirá la pena de arrestos de uno y medio a cinco años y será privado de los derechos de ciudadanía.
