Régimen jurídico. El funcionamiento y en general el régimen jurídico del Fondo, sus actos, contratos, servidores y las relaciones con terceros, será el mismo que tiene Finagro, de conformidad con lo establecido en el parágrafo 1° del artículo 32 de la Ley 80 de 1993.
