Prevención de riesgos profesionales en empresas de alto riesgo. La Dirección de Riesgos Profesionales del Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social, en coordinación con el Ministerio de Salud, definirá los regímenes de vigilancia epidemiológica y de control de riesgos profesionales específicos prioritarios, los cuales serán de obligatoria aceptación y aplicación por las empresas de alto riesgo.
