Para indemnizar a los particulares el retiro de sus edificaciones de la plaza fluvial y barrancas del rio Guapi, situadas en frente de la carrera 1a, zona comercial de la ciudad, se destina la suma de $ 5.000.00.

Parágrafo

La suma destinada en este artículo se incluirá en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia fiscal y se entregara a la Junta Nacional de Reconstrucción de dicha ciudad, creada por la Ley 24 de 1933 , para que sea distribuida, previo avaluó de las edificaciones.
