º . Los salarios mínimos establecidos por medio del presente Acuerdo, rigen para los trabajadores que laboran jornada máxima legal. Para quienes trabajan jornadas diarias inferiores a la máxima legal, regirán los salarios mínimos en proporción al número de horas laboradas.
