ARTICULO 1 º. Aprobar el Acuerdo número 012 del 23 de marzo de 1994 emanado de la Junta Directiva del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar, cuyo texto es el siguiente: ACUERDO NUMERO 012 DE 1994 (marzo 23) por el cual se modifican parcialmente los estatutos. La Junta Directiva del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar, en uso de sus facultades legales y estatutarias, especialmente de las conferidas por el literal c) del artículo 19 de los estatutos, y CONSIDERANDO: Que para el buen funcionamiento del Instituto se hace indispensable contar con mecanismos que permitan resolver de inmediato aspectos relacionados con situaciones administrativas de los directores regionales, ACUERDA:
